Our capabilities

One stop, whole ecosystem.

From fabric development to final garment, MLB is a full-service sourcing partner for global apparel brands and buyers. Menswear, womenswear, kidswear — woven and knit — sourced or manufactured in India, delivered worldwide.

How we approach every brief

Five questions we ask first.

Before we recommend a fabric, source a supplier, or run a sample — we align on five things.

  1. 01 End use Formal shirt, structured suit, casualwear, kidswear, uniform — the end product dictates weave, weight, hand feel, and finish.
  2. 02 Design intent Yarn-dyed check, printed womenswear, textured suiting, single jersey knit — the design vision shapes construction and mill choice.
  3. 03 Target landed price We work backwards from your target — per-metre, per-piece, duties, freight — and identify the sourcing route that fits your market.
  4. 04 MOQ feasibility Every mill has its own economics. We match your quantity to the mill best positioned to deliver — including ready-stock options for smaller runs.
  5. 05 Production scalability If this program grows, can the mill and garment unit grow with it? We plan for repeat seasons and volume ramps from day one.

Ready stock · small MOQs

Not every program starts at scale.

For pilot programs, trial orders, and boutique brands, our supplier network holds ready stock in staple constructions — shirtings, twills, poplin, oxford, single jersey, and interlock — enabling smaller MOQs without compromising on quality or compliance.

This is especially useful for:

  • Testing a new category or market before scaling
  • Small-batch capsule collections
  • Sampling reference before a bulk commitment
  • Bridging seasonal gaps

Start small. Scale when you're ready.

MOQ planning & commercial feasibility

MOQ isn't a number.
It's a decision.

Minimum order quantity impacts inventory, cash flow, and growth. We work closely with buyers to structure quantities that make sense today — and support scale tomorrow.

Identify the viable route

Not every mill fits every quantity. We match your MOQ to the manufacturer whose economics align — or use ready stock when smaller.

Balance cost with flexibility

The lowest per-metre isn't always the best deal. We plan for cash flow, inventory turn, and the option to reorder.

Structure quantities that scale

Especially valuable for growing brands and new categories — build in room to grow without overcommitting.

Textile standards

Certified mills. Global compliance.

Our network is certified to the international standards global buyers require. We match your program to the compliance profile your brand and market need.
