  2. 02 Compliance & documentation Audited facilities, valid certifications where required (GOTS, OEKO-TEX, BCI, Higg), and clean export documentation.
  3. 03 Communication discipline Prompt responses, transparent updates on production status, and the willingness to flag problems early rather than late.
